3737217 - sfsf receiver odata error 'could not find edmentityset for ns0:root' when calling successfactors

While using a Success Factors interface, messages are failing in the SFSF Receiver with one of the below errors:

• com.sap.aii.adapter.lib.exception.ODataProcessingException: Could not find EdmEntitySet for ns0:root. Check the payload.
• In some attempts, the error appears as: Could not find EdmEntitySet for ns0:updateFromExternalHrisONB. Check the payload.
