How to find information for cancelled onboarding candidates?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Below are the places where admin users can check information of cancelled onboarding users:

*For example, if having below candidate's known information:

• First Name=AB
• Last Name=CD
• Primary email address=abcd@xx.com (> which is also the username of candidate)

1. BPE: Monitor Processes

Search - In filter, can set one of below variables (*case sensitive):

• fullName=AB CD
• userName=abcd@xx.com

Result - Find record with key word "Onboarding2ProcessCoreWorkflow" / "Onboarding2AtsIntegrationWorkflow" and click on it to get below:

• Onboarding process id / process initiation id (the same value)
• User id

2. Manage Data > Process / Process Trigger 

Search - User id / onboarding process id (obtained in BPE: Monitor Processes)

Result - Candidate's process task details

• *Note:
  • For Manage Data > Process:
    • Onboarding process id is searchable.
    • User id is searchable.
  • For Manage Data > Process Trigger:
    • Onboarding process id is searchable.
    • RCM application id is searchable.
    • "Process Initiation Type" (e.g. Initiated Manually / from RCM / from ATS, etc.) & "Hire Type" (e.g. New Hire, Rehire with New/Old Employment, etc.) details are visible.
    • If candidate is initiated from RCM, Job requisition id & candidate id & application id are visible.

3. Data Inspector > Table_USERS_SYSINFO

Search - Users Sys ID (user id obtained in BPE: Monitor Processes)

Result - User status ("Valid") & Current username (in some scenario it'll be changed from primary email after cancellation)
