3737258 - PPOMA: Attributes tab shows no green tick despite maintained attributes for positions

Symptom

In transaction PPOMA, attributes are maintained for a position, but the green tick mark next to the Attributes tab is missing. The attributes appear inactive and are not applied to users assigned to those positions. The issue is resolved temporarily by simply pressing Enter on any field in the Attributes tab, which causes the green tick to appear.
