3737355 - Joule returns outdated company name on SAP SuccessFactors

• Joule responds with an outdated company name when the user asks “What is my employer?”
• When asking about the user's company, Joule provides the old record for company name.

1. Sign in to SuccessFactors with a user enabled for Joule.
2. Open Joule and ask “What is my employer?”.
3. Observe that Joule returns an outdated company name value.

The behavior is caused by the underlying API invoked by Joule, which retrieves the company value from a data inspector table reflecting an outdated value.

Engineering team is working to fix the issue, and the code correction will be delivered within patch 2605P1:
