Symptom

How to restrict the visibility of the Insights Panel on Leads or Opportunity view, so that only a specific Business Role can see it.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

To proceed with restricting the visibility of the Insights Panel, a Case should be raised to component LOD-CRM-ML with the technical ID for the Business Role that should have access and the View (either Opportunities, Leads, or both).
