3737482 - Fields are not appearing in View All mode in Payment Information portlet - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Some fields are not appearing in Full/Latest People Profile (FPP) payment information portlet in View All mode. Fields appear while editing the details.

1. Open the latest people profile for a user.
2. Navigate to the Payment Information section and select View All.
3. Observe that specific fields are missing or inconsistent across users, while other fields display as expected.

Configuration UI onInit UI rules were set to hide fields based on conditions (for example, country and pay type), and the latest people profile applies this logic consistently; additionally, fields without values (for example, account type) remain hidden unless Show empty fields is enabled.

1. Review Configuration UI settings for the Payment Information object (Configuration UI > Edit Properties > onInit UI Rules).
2. Identify any rules that set field visibility to Not Visible based on broad conditions (for example, “if country = X and pay type ≠ Y then hide routing number”) and refine them so fields are only hidden when truly required.
3. Temporarily remove onInit UI rules from the Configuration UI and retest to confirm the behavior; if fields appear as expected, reintroduce rules incrementally with corrected logic.
4. In the Full Profile (View All), enable Show empty fields to display fields that currently have no value (for example, account type) and ensure those values are populated via appropriate data entry or business logic.
5. Do not attempt to hide labels for link fields in the latest people profile Configuration UI, as hiding link labels is not supported.
