3737533 - While importing labels into SuccessFactors Learning, Missing CSRF attribute for the request URI

Symptom

When uploading learning labels via "Label Import/Export" feature, the system is throwing the error "Missing CSRF attribute for the request URI: /errorpage.jsp".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Learning Admin side >
  2. Navigate to References > Manage Labels > Label Import/Export >
  3. Select “Import Labels” >
  4. Choose a labels file to be uploaded >
  5. Face the error "Missing CSRF attribute for the request URI: /errorpage.jsp".

Resolution

To avoid this error message while importing learning labels, split the label import file into smaller batches then import all files separately.
