3737569 - Inactive Users are not showing in People Pool Filter - Team View

• I want to see inactive users from People Pool Criteria; e.g Team View filter
• Inactive Users are not showing from my chosen People Pool filter

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Manage Permission Group
2. Select the Impacted Group
3. Choose the People Pool Filter - Team View
4. Look for the Inactive User
5. Not showing

This is an expected behavior.

The "Team View" option allows you to define hierarchical groups with multiple levels, even when using Matrix, HR and Custom reporting relationships.
This is the same logic as how Inactive users are not showing when we search for them from the Search bar or Org Chart.
