Symptom

You are configuring the integration between Joule and S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition following the integration document.
Configure Identity Provisioning Service requires a subscription to Cloud Identity Services with plan connectivity.

While you are trying to subscribe to it from the Joule subaccount, you are encountering one of the following problems:

  • The connectivity service plan for Cloud Identity Services is not available in the Joule subaccount.
  • Subscription to the connectivity service plan is failing due to the reasons pointed out in the KBA: 3562615
