3737615 - Fiori launchpad Easy Access Menu opens with wrong client

Symptom

  • When starting transactions from the “easy access” menu in the Fiori Launchpad, a new SAP GUI logon window opens.
  • The logon prompt shows client , for example client 100 pre-filled while the user is already logged on to client 300.
  • No single sign-on or seamless handover occurs for the easy access menu; the default client 100 is used instead of the active client 300.
