3737616 - eDocument South Korea and Malaysia: Unable to Display PDF

An error 'Form not found and could not be determined by the system' occurs while choosing the button Display- Display PDF for an eDocument.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the eDocument Cockpit app.
2. Select an eDocument relevant which XML was generated.
3. Choose Display > Display PDF.
4. Observe the error message.

No form template is selected for the relevant document type, company and country/region in Specify Output Forms for PDF Generation (SSCUI 103727).

Please follow below steps to ensure a form template is selected for the relevant relevant company, document type and country/ region. 

1. Open the configuration activity Specify Output Forms for PDF Generation (SSCUI 103727).
2. For country/region, select the relevant company and document type (for example, e-tax invoice/e-receipt) and assign the correct form template for PDF generation.
3. If a suitable form template is not available, open the Maintain Form Templates app to review available templates or upload/activate the required template.
4. Save the configuration.
5. Return to the eDocument Cockpit and choose Display > Display PDF to confirm the PDF is generated and displayed.
