Symptom

Images and Description not visible for spot awards for Nominees in their Inbox. The award category and level are visible in the nominator's sent folder but not in the nominee's award section/award history.

Reproducing the Issue

As Nominator, nominate an employee for one of the awards
Once the award is approved, as nominator you can see the Category/level name and the images in the Award History
As Nominee, you cannot see the Category/level name and the images in the Award History and the page may keep loading

Cause

The nominee's assigned permission role excludes the permission "Spot Award Program - View," which prevents the nominee from viewing the award category and level details in their award section.

Resolution

Please provide the permission "Spot Award Program - View," under Miscellaneous Permissions from Role Based Permissions. Please refer the implementation guide for all the permission to be provided for Nominees and Nominators
