3737706 - Remove Non‑Applicable Tiles/Features from Rewards & Recognition – Spot Awards Admin page

- The Rewards & Recognition Admin page for Spot Awards displays a lot of tiles and some of these can be non-applicable tiles for the customer's configuration such as "Manage Redemption Settings" and "Manage Reports and Forecasts." Can these tiles, if not relevant for the current Spot Award configuration be removed?
- The Awards History section includes options that may be non-applicable for the customer such as, "Redeemed Rewards – All Redeemed" and "Redeemed Rewards – All Refunded." Can these be removed or hidden?
- The customer seeks to hide or disable these tiles and options to streamline the user interface and ensure role-appropriate access.

1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors
2. Search for "Rewards & Recognition" and navigate to the "Rewards & Recognition Admin" page
3. Observe that many tiles are displayed on the landing page
4. Note that the following two tiles are visible but not required for end users:
   - Manage Redemption Settings
   - Manage Reports and Forecasts
5. Navigate to Compensation → Rewards & Recognition
6. Open the Awards History section on the right-hand side
7. Click on the filter dropdown (e.g., Received / Spot Awards)
8. Observe that the options "Redeemed Rewards – All Redeemed" and "Redeemed Rewards – All Refunded" are available in the dropdown, even though they are not applicable to Spot Awards.

System limitation

• There are no specific permissions for enabling or disabling specific Spot Award tiles under Spot awards Admin page.
• The permission Manage Spot Awards Program, would enable all these tiles.
• Similarly, it is also not possible to hide the award history.
• These are not support as per the current design. There is also an enhancement request for the same feature.
