3737727 - Material description is empty in the inspection lot.

When checking an inspection lot in Display Inspection Lot app, the "Description" field is empty.

When an inspection lot is created, the material short text will be copied into the inspection lot, but only considering the current logon language. If the material short text is only maintained for language A, but the inspection lot is created when the logon language is B, there will be no short text to copy. 

Maintain the material short text for all required logon languages in the material master before creating the inspection lot.
