3737735 - Data Privacy Consent is not being asked for Referrals - Recruiting Management

When Internal Career Site (ICS) and the Reimagined Candidate Experience (CX) are enabled, a referrer submits a referral, however the candidate is never prompted to accept the Data Privacy Consent Statement (DPCS).
In Manage Account, the candidate does not have the option to accept DCPS neither as though this has already been accepted.

In the Referral Tracker, the candidate DPCS shows as "Pending"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Reimagined Candidate Experience (CX) is enabled
2. Go to Admin Center
3. Careers (powered by Internal Career Site)
4. Open a job requisition
5. Click on "Refer a Friend" and submit a referral for a new candidate
6. As a candidate receive the referral email and use the link to reset password
7. Complete the application process
8. Note that at any time during the application the candidate is being asked to accept DCPS
9. In Candidate Profile, go to Manage Account > Data Privacy
10. Notice that there is no option to accept the statement
11. When clicking on View, the statement does now load
12. As a user go to the Referral Tracker, the candidate DPCS shows as "Pending"

This is a known issue, currently being investigated by our Engineering and Operations team.
