Symptom
Performance Percentage is editable in Executive Review but in the Variable Pay worksheet it is non editable
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay
Reproducing the Issue
1. Launch a variable pay form with the Guideline settings for "Make the Performance Percent field" set to Read-Only
2. Now change the "Make the Performance Percent field" from Read-Only to Editable
3. Check the variable pay form. The field Performance Percent is read-only
4. Check the Executive Review for the Performance Percent Field and it will be Editable
Cause
This is a standard system behavior
Resolution
Any changes made to the configuration of the template may reflect in Executive Review but not in the Forms.
This is because Executive Review always refers to the latest template configuration and forms refer to the configuration at the time of form launch. That's how the product is designed. So it is recommended that the configuration should not be updated after launching the forms.
