3737829 - Ineligible users getting published to Employee Central - Variable Pay

Users who are ineligible for the Variable Pay or Bonus tab in a Total Compensation template still have data being published to the Non-Recurring Payment portlet.

The user became ineligible based on the Employee History eligibility rule. However, the user will only be skipped during publishing if they are marked ineligible through the Form Eligibility rule.

When a user becomes ineligible for Employee History and the Employee History import job is run, the user appears greyed out in the form. However, the user may still be considered eligible according to the program eligibility rule. To prevent the data from being published, ensure there is a rule in the eligibility settings that also marks the user as ineligible. 

Please note that for standalone variable pay template, eligibility rules are not updated after forms are launched. In this scenario, only solution will be to manually remove user from the worksheet.

If the business requirement is for the user to be greyed out based solely on Employee History eligibility, then data will get published once. If published record is deleted, it will not get published again. Other than that, an enhancement request should be submitted.
