3737840 - Learning items displayed as pending on the learning home page despite completion

• Learning items are displayed as "Pending" on the user's Learning home page despite being marked as "Completed" in the system.
• A curriculum containing those items is marked as completed, yet the same items still appear as pending on the home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Assign a learning curriculum containing multiple courses to a user.
2. Have the user complete all required courses, ensuring completion dates are recorded.
3. Verify in the system that all items show as "Completed" and the curriculum is marked as completed.
4. Open the user's Learning home page and observe that the same courses are still displayed as "Pending."

Multiple employment can cause this issue, please check solution. 

The user is having multiple employments in SAP SuccessFactors. The same curriculum was assigned to both user IDs (primary and secondary employments) in the Learning module.

In LMS, curriculum assignment and completion are tracked separately at the user ID (employment) level. the user completed the courses only under the primary employment and the user did not complete the courses under the secondary employment.

Since there is no course completion recorded for the secondary employment, the curriculum status for the affected user remains incomplete..As a result, the system correctly displays the curriculum as overdue for the secondary employment.

This is expected behaviour.
