3737950 - Advanced ATP - BOP Tiles/APP - Monitor BOP run (F2159) and/or Configure BOP Variant (F2160) showing "could not open app" error

Symptom

  • Monitor BOP Run (F2159) shows the error: "Could not open app. Please try again later."
  • Configuration BOP Variant (F2160) shows the error: "Could not open app. Please try again later."
  • No configuration on BOP is possible.
  • Might happen after an upgrade to a new S4Hana release - the Backorder Processing tiles stop working.
