3738038 - Using Integration Center to report on Workflows – SuccessFactors Employee Central

Workflow approval details are accessible via Integration Centre via several different entities e.g. IDs: 'WfRequest' and 'WfRequestStep'.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Workflows - Configuration, Tools, Objects & Rules

1. In Integration Centre, create a new outbound integration.
2. Select the source entity: WfRequest' or 'WfRequestStep'.
3. In the Fields section, select all required fields to cover the audit needs.
4. Save, run, and validate the extract to confirm workflow approval data is included as required.

Also, it's possible to rearrange the columns by moving, adding or removing them.
