3738082 - rfc adapter cannot find destination although it exists in btp cockpit

When running an integration flow that uses the RFC adapter, message processing fails although the RFC destination exists in the BTP cockpit.

• Error: "com.sap.it.rt.adapter.http.api.exception.HttpResponseException: An internal server error occurred: Destination configuration is not found for destination: [destination-name]."
• Error: "com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (101) JCO_ERROR_CONFIGURATION: Destination configuration is not found for destination: [destination-name]"
• Log entry: "Destination [destination-name] could not be found: {"ErrorMessage":"Configuration with the specified name was not found"}"
• JCo log shows DataProviderException [INVALID_CONFIGURATION]: Destination configuration is not found for destination.
• Querying the destination-configuration service for the subaccount destination by name returns "404 Not Found".
