3738109 - Event Reasons incorrectly displayed in “Add New Hire to Onboarding” tool - Onboarding

• Event Reasons displayed in Add New Hire to Onboarding do not match the expected configuration.
• Even though you restricted permissions for certain Event Reasons linked to 'Hire' Event, all of the Event Reasons are shown.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

This is expected. The tool evaluates Event Reasons based on their association with the Hire event. All Event Reasons linked to the Hire event are considered eligible for display.

If you wish for certain Event Reasons to not show in the "Add New Hire to Onboarding" tool you may need to deactivate them or unlink them to the 'Hire' Event.
