3738139 - Remote Table's updated status fields empty

In the "Remote" tab of a Remote Table deployed in Datasphere, you see the data refresh status fields empty, as per below image:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

This is working as expected, if there was no previous data replication to this table.

This is not an issue if data was never replicated to this remote table. These fields are only filled with information when data was replicated once to this remote table.

A successful deployment of a remote table does not mean that data was loaded/replicated to the table. When previewing data for this deployed remote table, the system performs a call to the remote source via the assigned connection to temporarily fill the data for the preview. The data is not persisted in the table yet.

To get information to these fields, replicate the data to this table using a Data Flow, a Replication Flow or a real-time replication process.
