3738161 - "Add" Button Visible for Onboardee in PDC Step Despite Missing Edit Permissions - Onboarding

Symptom

When logged in as an onboardee, the "Add" button is visible in the Personal Data Collection step (e.g., under email information), but the user is unable to edit or complete the action due to missing permissions.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

This is a known issue already being addressed by the Engineering team.

Resolution

It is currently under investigation by the engineering team and is planned to be deployed in the 2H 2026 release.
