3738164 - Create from Library option is not visible in goal creation page

Create from Library option is not visible when creating goals.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management 

1. Create a custom goal library and import it into the system.
2. Includes the goal library into a goal plan.
3. Go to the goal page and select Create goal; notice that the Create from Goal Library option is not visible.

• Cause 1: Locale mismatch. For example, the custom goal library is maintained in English UK, but the instance is using English US.
• Cause 2: Wrong goal library id is specified in the goal plan xml. For example, the id of a custom goal library "My Goal Library" specified in the goal import file is 600001, but in the corresponding code in goal plan the id specified is 100: <obj-library name="My Goal Library" id="100">

• Resolution 1: import the corresponding locale version of the custom goal library into the system. In the example above, as the system is using English US locale, a US version of the goal library should be imported into the system.
• Resolution 2: Correct goal plan xml to specify the correct id of the custom goal library.
