Symptom
I submitted a cancellation invoice (e.g., INV-1010-01_1) via SAP Business Network, but it is stuck at "unknown" status. The invoice does not appear when I search in Ariba Buying and Invoicing. Resending the invoice from Business Network does not resolve the issue.
