3738190 - Error AM830 during creation of multiple vendors using VMD_EI_API => MAINTAIN_BAPI

Symptom

VMD_EI_API => MAINTAIN_BAPI is used to create vendor. When multiple vendors are processed, AM830 error occurs. The issue happens when BP synchronization is active for vendors. It is the same with customer creation via CMD_EI_API => MAINTAIN_BAPI.
