3738239 - How to extract audit trails for all employees from onboarding 1.0 - SAP successfactors onboarding

• As part of the 1.0 deprecation, all employees' audit trails need to be extracted.

 SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in to SuccessFactors and open Onboarding 1.0 from the module dropdown.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Navigate to Audit Trail.

Method 1: Using the Onboarding 1.0 Dashboard:
This method is best for extracting specific audit records or full audit logs directly within the Onboarding 1.0 module.
1. Log in to SuccessFactors and navigate to Onboarding 1.0 via the module dropdown.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Navigate to Audit Trail in the left-hand menu.
4. Set Filters: Select the desired date range, user type, or event codes (e.g., leaving "Type" blank and "Event Code" as blank to fetch all records).
5. Click Apply Filter.
6. Export Data: Click Export to Excel to download the audit trail data

Method 2: Exporting "Manage Employees" Log:
For a quick report of all candidates and their status.
1. Go to Onboarding 1.0 Dashboard > Settings > Manage Employee.
2. Do not select any items in the list.
