3738240 - Error message “Unexpected value 0 in parameter IV_CHANGE_TST_EWM” shows up when checking the distribution status in Display Outbound Delivery app

Symptom

When clicking the “Check Doc. Distribution / Distributed Document” button in Display Outbound Delivery app (VL03N), the system returns the following error:

“Unexpected value 0 in parameter IV_CHANGE_TST_EWM”
Message no. /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION605

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

This error occurs because the outbound delivery was created as a central posting change delivery, not a standard outbound delivery.

Resolution

The posting change document has been successfully distributed to EWM and is accessible in the Warehouse Monitor app under Documents > Posting Changes.
