3738252 - The workflow cancellation driven by the workflow deadline only cancelled the dialog step, while the parent step remained in the "started" state.

Symptom

The dialog step in the Workflow defines the deadline. The expected behavior is that upon the arrival of the deadline, the action to cancel the entire workflow should be triggered (including the current dialog step and other steps), but only the current dialog step is canceled, the parent step remains in the started state.
