Termination Date field is now shown in 'Identity Information' & while selecting hire template during 'Add Contingent Worker' after 1H 2026 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Contingent Worker

With the enhancement 'Adding Contingent Workers to Future-Inactive Positions', 'Termination Date' field is now shown in 'Add Contingent Worker' screen in in 'Identity Information' & while selecting hire template during 'Add Contingent Worker' after 1H 2026 release to specify a termination date when adding a contingent worker or a contingent assignment, allowing assignment of the contingent worker to positions scheduled to become inactive after the work order ends. It is not possible to disable/hide this field in the Identity section.
