3738305 - Multiple Errors in STP2 PAYER report

Symptom

The STP2 PAYER report displays multiple error messages. The messages includes: 

  • Payer Business Phone Number must be provided(PAYEVNT)
  • Payer E-mail Address must be provided(PAYEVNT)
  • Payer contact name is missing.
  • Payer Organisation Name must be provided(PAYEVNT)
  • Payer Postcode is required for an Australian address(PAYEVNT)

The issue frequently happens when there is a recent change of the employee's infotype 0001 or table T5QGP.
