When creating a communication arrangement with the communication scenario SAP_COM_0104 and saving, error "Only one active service for LOIPRO is allowed." occurs.

The communication scenario SAP_COM_0104 contains outbound services with Basic Type LOIPRO04 and LOIPRO05. Only one of them can be active in a communication arrangement. If both services are activated, error "Only one active service for LOIPRO is allowed." will occur when saving the communication arrangement.
