Symptom
Message Centre shows mixed or duplicate information after the user opened several email form the list.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Message Centre tool from the Recruiting module
- Click on the first email in the list on the left
- Then click on the second email and the third email from the list
- Go back to the first email. You may observe some mixed information that belongs to the previous messages reviewed, or some details may appear duplicated.
Note: The replication steps provided are just examples.
The issue may occur in different ways when multiple emails are opened, resulting in inconsistent information being visible in UI

Resolution
The problem has been already reported to our Developers, and the fix will be available as part of 2H2026 release.
