3738366 - Employees are not able to see their own apprentice management information despite correct permissions

• Apprentices cannot see the Apprentice Management card on their own profile (self-service) even when view permissions are granted per the documented prerequisites.
• The apprentice mentor role can see the card section.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Apprentice Management

1. Configure role-based permissions for the apprentice self-service role as per the Handbook prerequisites.
2. Log in as an apprentice user and navigate to the user’s own profile.
3. Observe that the Apprentice Management card is not visible to the apprentice.
4. Log in as a user with the apprentice supervisor role and open the apprentice’s profile.
5. Observe that the Apprentice Management card is visible under the information section.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
