3738371 - During the second goods receipt, the stock was directly posted to unrestricted use rather than to quality stock

When performing the second goods receipt, the system posted the stock directly to unrestricted use rather than quality stock, resulting in no inspection lot being generated. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Perform Goods Receipt for a process order or purchase order using app "Post Goods Movement".
2. Observe that inspection lot is created and stock is posted to Quality inspection.
3. Make Usage Decision using app "Record Usage Decision ".
4. Observe that the stock is posted to Unrestricted use.
5. Perform Goods Receipt for another process order or purchase order to same material, batch and storage location.
6. Observe that new inspection lot is not created and stock is posted to Unrestricted use directly.

This is Standard behavior since with inspection lot summarization by order, if the existing inspection lot has a usage decision with valuation “Acceptance,” subsequent partial deliveries are posted to unrestricted-use without creating a new inspection lot.

This is described in F1 help of field "Control insLot", if valuation of the Usage Decision code is "accepted", following postings go to "unrestricted" without creating a new lot. Kindly refer to the following information from the F1 help of field "Control insLot":

If a usage decision has already been made for the existing inspection lot, the inspection lot summary is dependent on the latter's valuation.

• For the valuation "Acceptance", further partial deliveries are posted into the available stock without creating a new inspection lot.
• For the valuation "Rejection", new inspection lots are created with the following partial deliveries.
