3738379 - Delegated User Cannot View Time Sheet Workflow Details

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Sheet

1. As the delegate, open the time sheet delegation workflow and attempt to view the workflow details.
2. The workflow details are not displayed.
3. The “Open Time Sheet for Details” option is also missing.

To ensure a delegate can access employee’s Time Sheet data, please select one of the options below:

Option A:
Create a dedicated permission role that grants Time Sheet data access to the delegated approver.
Note: It is currently not possible to grant a delegate view access to only one specific Time Sheet.

Option B:
Use the Proxy functionality, allowing the delegate to proxy as the manager and therefore access the employee’s Time Sheet data using the manager’s permissions.
To maintain privacy, enable the “Private Data for Proxy Account Holder” option under Employee Central V2 + Employee Profile.
