As of the 1H 2026 release, the redesigned Applicant Workbench features a Feedback Pending column. This reintroduces the legacy 'Interview Feedback Pending' flag. The 'Pending' status persists across all scenarios supported in the legacy workbench, including cases where the candidate is disqualified or To-Do items are removed. This alignment with legacy design is based on Influence Idea 333856
When interview feedback is pending, the column displays a Pending label. The column remains blank when no feedback is pending. You can sort applicants in ascending or descending order based on the presence of this label.
