3738446 - Interview Feedback Pending Column in the Redesigned Applicant Workbench - Recruiting Management

Symptom

After the release version 1H2026, In the redesigned Applicant Workbench, a new column called 'Feedback Pending' is available.

When interview feedback is pending, the column displays a Pending label. The column remains blank when no feedback is pending. You can sort applicants in ascending or descending order based on the presence of this label.

This enhancement prevents applicants from getting stuck in the interview process by making it easy for recruiters to track pending feedback and follow up with interviewers who haven't yet rated candidates.

''

As a recruiter, you can now identify candidates awaiting interviewer feedback and send timely reminders to interviewers in the new Applicant Workbench.

In the previous version, the new Applicant Workbench didn't have a dedicated system field to indicate pending interview feedback. Recruiters couldn't sort applicants based on missing interview feedback or view which interviewers were pending feedback from within the workbench.

Note: The 'Pending' label will only be displayed 1 day after the interview date. Interviews conducted on the same day will not show as Feedback Pending.
