3738463 - Error When Scheduling Web Intelligence Reports: Only Default Destination Is Available and Scheduling Fails

Symptom

  • When scheduling Web Intelligence (WebI) reports, only the Default Destination is visible in the scheduling options.
  • Other destinations such as Email, File System, FTP, BI Inbox, etc. are not visible.
  • Scheduling the report using the Default Destination fails with error:
    A java.lang.Exception occurred; original exception message:VIEWER:_ERR_SECURITY_SET_PREFERENCES
  • The issue occurs for the affected user(s) during report scheduling.
