Symptom

  • During a fresh installation, the installer does not accept the ODBC DSN configured for the CMS database.
  • The ODBC test connection succeeds in the ODBC tool, but entering database details in the installer fails.
  • The system cannot verify the database logon information [INS00104]
  • Failed to decrypt object 100 using cryptographic key ID: 4. (FWB 00090)
