3738521 - How to Purge No-Show Candidates When Event Reason Filter Is Not Available - Onboarding

The administrator wants to purge Onboarding candidates based on their No-Show event reason, but the purge tool does not provide a filter option for event reason

The purge tool is designed to filter candidates by date range and country only. It does not parse or filter by event reason metadata such as No-Show, as this is outside the tool's current supported filter scope.

There is no filter option for event reason in the purge tool interface.

Workaround: Build a report to identify candidates with a No-Show event reason and use the exported file as the upload input for manual purge.

1.  Go to Admin Center > Report Center and create a new report.
2. Add the following fields: Candidate Name, User ID, Event Reason, Start Date, Country.
3. Filter by Event Reason = No-Show.
4. Export the report as CSV.
5. Use the exported CSV as the upload file in the purge tool for manual purge.

Verification: After the purge is complete, run the same report again and confirm that No-Show candidates no longer appear in the results.
