Symptom

When I send Master Data Native Integration (MDNI) document types from SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) to SAP Ariba Sourcing (SRC) through Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, I see the following error message in the Transaction Tracker:

Error: Not a valid incoming request. Tenant ANXXXXXXXXXX-T not recognized
