3738625 - Company Resources HTML source formatting is lost after saving

When editing company resources, formatting is displayed correctly in preview and the HTML code is valid. However, after saving it the formatting is removed and text appears flattened without hierarchy (headings, font sizes, bold styles are lost).

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access SuccessFactors system
2. Go to View company resources
3. Click on three dots > Show Source Code and edit the HTML content
4. Add structured formatting (for example, titles, headings, font sizes, bold text)
5. In the Preview function verify formatting displays correctly
6. Save
7. Return to the page and observe that formatting is lost

Our Engineering team have found the cause and a code fix is planned to be released in b2611 to address the loss of formatting after saving.

The fix is scheduled for release on 12-Oct-2026 for Preview and 13-Nov-2026 for Production.

After the respective release, re-test saving formatted content in company resources to confirm the issue is resolved. If the issue persists after these dates, contact support and reference this KBA.
