3738681 - Manage Data – Details page misaligned in Hebrew UI when attachment is present

• The Manage Data -> details page is aligned towards left and is out of the frame.
• When an attachment is present, the "Details" window shifts to the left side and is not centered. 

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• Metadata Framework

1. Set the user interface language to Hebrew (This issue is reproducible only when the language is set to Hebrew.)
2. Navigate to Manage Data.
3. Open the related object.
4. Select a record that contains an attachment.
5. Choose Take Action and open Details for the record.
6. Observe that the Details window is shifted to the left and partially cut off.

The issue is caused by an incomplete handling of UI alignment in the Hebrew language layout for the Manage Data - Details page.
