Symptom
You assign a sales document type and sales organization to specific order reasons. Then, when you create a sales document, the available order reason options are filtered accordingly to those settings. However, in the Fiori app "Manage Customer Returns", the Order Reason field does not reflect this configuration, it displays all available options instead of only the ones that were assigned.
