3738714 - Unable to to change settings in the Extensibility Settings app.

In the Extensibility Settings app, the toggles for changing Key User Extensibility settings are not enabled. This occurs in the Customizing or Parallel Customizing tenants.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go the the Extensibility settings application
2. Attempt to change a setting to either on / off using a toggle.

The affected user needs to ensure that the business catalog SAP_CORE_BC_SL_SET_PC is assigned to them via a business role. This catalog controls permission to edit Key User Extensibility settings.

1. In the Maintain Business roles app, add the catalog SAP_CORE_BC_SL_SET_PC to the affected users business role and save.
2. Go to the Extensibility Settings app and verify that the user now has authorization to change settings using the toggles.
