3738757 - STP Pull Error "There is no message available for pulling from this MPC at this moment."

Symptom

When pulling STP from ATO shortly after submission, error "There is no message available for pulling from this MPC at this moment." is shown. The issue occurs during the STP pull, not during the initial submission/push. "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
