3738782 - html file is downloaded automatically when accessing comment/document browser; resolved by km settings and expected preview behavior (netweaver)

Symptom

You are using comment function in BW JAVA and encounter several issues.

Case 1: Files are downloaded automatically when maintaining the entries in comment.

Case 2: when there is only one document, the content of the document is now displayed on the right side of the Document Browser after open it.
When there are more than one document, the content is not displayed.

Case 3: when attempting to preview an uploaded Excel file, the preview area remains blank and the file download starts automatically.
