3738785 - The Invoice Date on my invoice in SAP Business Network always shows as 3:30 PM GMT-7 instead of the actual date

Symptom

I created an invoice in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing and submit it to SAP Business Network. The Invoice Date displayed in SAP Business Network is fixed at 3:30 PM GMT-7, which does not match the actual created date or submitted date.
