3738790 - How to remove 'Search by Location' from Career Site - Successfactors Recruiting Marketing

• The "Search by Location" field is visible on the main page of the internal and external career site in the CSB PROD instance.

1. Visit the external career site.
2. Observe the "Search by Location" field on the main page.

The "Search by Location" field is enabled in the Career Site Builder configuration settings.

1. Disable location search in the Search Results layout: In Career Site Builder, go to Layouts > Search Results > General, set "Enable Location Search" to No, then save.
2. If a custom page uses a Search Bar component: In Career Site Builder, go to Pages, open the relevant page, select the Search Bar component, in Details disable the location option (for example, Show Location Search = No), then publish.
3. Review global search settings: In Career Site Builder, go to Appearance > Global > Search, disable any location-related search options, then save.
